Having gained a wealth of experience in various content creation and editorial roles, I am now looking to join a forward-thinking company as a full-time copywriter or content executive.

- Music:​ ​As you can probably tell from my ongoing freelance roles, I am an avid music fan. I attend as many live performances as I can, be it classical, electronic or rock.

 

- Sport:​ ​Whether it’s chasing a round ball around a field or straddling a surfboard, I have always been a keen sportsman, thriving off competition and physical activity.

Agora Financial UK, London — Managing Editor Nov 2017 - April 2018 (made redundant due to company scale-back) A leader in providing contrarian investment advice, I managed and edited a portfolio of investment publications.

➢ Developed and decided new content ideas for both daily and weekly investment articles.

➢ Broadcast and uploaded services using HTML and SEO skills.

➢ Increased sales via writing copy for company endorsements, promotions and adverts.

➢ Wrote original topical articles for the company website.

➢ Lowered the amount of unsubscribers by selecting and introducing more relevant content.

NSF​ ​International​ ​(October​ ​2016​ ​-​ ​April​ ​2017):​ ​Marketing​ ​Assistant:​ N​SF International is one of the world’s largest public health standards regulators. Working within the pharmaceutical marketing branch:

 

➢ I developed new content for their quarterly journals, making the brand appear more personable to the reader in a very ‘cold’ industry.

➢ Rewrote advertising copy and SEO web content so it appeared more fluid and succinct.

➢ Saved the company a substantial sum through competitor research of similar course offerings.

➢ Overcame cultural boundaries to liaise with new global contacts in India when planning promotional events.
